Olympus Green Leaf Portfolio Products

Olympus Green is our private SCL branded version of environmental product offerings that include motor oils, hydraulic oils and our Olympus Blue DEF. Olympus products provide a cost effective alternative for our customers and are formulated from a biodegradable base stock that is the same as major branded oils without the expensive premiums typically associated with them. Expanding the Olympus line of green products is a work in progress, and over time we hope to continue developing a robust Green Leaf portfolio that includes more biodegradable and environmentally compliant product alternatives. Our Olympus Blue DEF is a non-hazardous solution consisting of 32.5% urea and 67.5% de-ionized water that breaks down NOx emissions into harmless nitrogen and water when sprayed into a diesel engine’s exhaust stream.

BioTuff

BIOTUFF or BIOTUFF Low VOC multipurpose cleaner and degreaser by Green Mountain Corporation is an environmentally sound cleaning and degreasing alternative that is biodegradable and non-toxic. Safe to use on any surface, BioTuff will save your business time and money as a go-to cleaning and degreasing concentrate. With their fully biodegradable green cleaning solutions, BIOTUFF is non-toxic, water-soluble, non-flammable and contains zero harsh alkalis or harmful acids. Chevron Clarity Hydraulic Oils and Synthetic EA Lubricants

Chevron’s Clarity® Hydraulic Oils AW  and Clarity® Synthetic EA Lubricants were created to provide excellent protection in a variety of pumps – hydraulic vane, piston, and gear-type, as well as in high performance industrial applications. Designed for compliance in environmentally sensitive areas, Chevron Clarity®  Hydraulic Oil AW 32, 46, 68, 100 have also shown excellent performance in applications involving servo-valves using multi-metal components. Clarity® Synthetic EA Lubricants are designed to give maximum protection in industrial gear and hydraulic equipment used on vessels and in environmentally sensitive areas. They are readily biodegradable, high performance oils that meet EPA Vessel General Permit (VGP) requirements for environmentally acceptable lubricants. In environmentally sensitive areas where protection from leaks and spills of hydraulic fluid is essential, such as near coastlines, rivers, creeks and lakes, Chevron Clarity®  is a solid alternative. Inherently biodegradable, Clarity® has low acute water toxicity to both fish and invertebrates, and its ashless formulation is compatible with conventional recycling programs.

Phillips 66 Sheild® Firebird

Phillips 66 Sheild® Firebird is a synthetic blend passenger car engine oil that is formulated with 70% or greater re-refined base stock oils. It is an environmentally compliant, partially synthetic automotive engine oil that was created to deliver optimal engine protection for turbocharged gasoline direct-injection, conventional gasoline-fueled and flex-fueled passenger cars, as well as light trucks under all operating conditions. Formulated with a blend of synthetic oil and 70% or greater high-quality re-refined base stock oils, Sheild® lessens the environmental impact of conventional oils because the use of re-refined base stocks decrease the disposal of used oil.
